Lisa A Frank

Lisa A. Frank holds an MFA from the Design Studies Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she has also worked as a lecturer and director of the Design Gallery. Lisa’s art pieces, complex close range photographs of natural imagery, crafted into rich patterns and tableaux, have been exhibited widely in the united States. Her artworks show a love for all things natural and an assurance gained from observing nature first hand. With reference to the British Aesthetic Movement of the late 19th century, these beautifully ornamental patterns create rich complex artworks.
